Starting from within, where what we are resides, every experience, every moment lived, every emotion that blossoms deep within.
Mirror is a work based on dissociative identity disorder, which is characterized by the existence of two or more identities in a person, each with its own pattern of perceiving and acting with the environment. A mirror where we see reflected different qualities, characteristics and personal aspects of our own essence, of our most primitive being.

I search. I run. I jump. I hide. The struggle for survival is a constant dynamic in nature. Ecosystems select the members of a growing population. Those members of the population with a lower degree of adaptation will probably not survive. The ability to adapt to our environment is what keeps us alive. Galápago is a dance piece that takes as its main starting point the theory of evolution and the origin of species.
- 1st prize for "Dance in the Street" at the XVII International Choreography Competition of Burgos & New York 2018

A piece of acrodance inspired by delusional disorder or paranoid psychosis, where the person believes that "they are being tormented, followed, deceived or spied on with the intention of harming them."
A person with delusional disorder may be quite functional and does not tend to display strange behavior except when the delusional idea is present.Over time, however, the patient's life may become more overwhelmed by the pervasive effect of abnormal beliefs.
Everything is fine until paranoid delusions appear, without warning, when you least expect it.

These two dancers are capable of finding bodily harmonies that have not yet been discovered. They are angels without gender, without nation, they think best in movement and are friends of all cultures. They are trained to incorporate, listen to, follow or lead other bodies. For 15 minutes you will see how these two dancers take their cell phones, select their favorite playlist on Spotify, put on their headphones and dance while thinking about how to explain in words that for them movement releases anguish and generates happiness.

The workshop takes as its starting point the understanding of reality as a complex system of regulatory structures that control the relationship between bodies. From a gender perspective, concepts such as normativity or standardization will be reflected upon, using repetition, accumulation or piling up as choreographic strategies.Theoretical support: Victoria Perez Royo, Elvira Burgos and Arantxa Enriquez.
